duanshuwen 3d41691b65 refactor(scss, vue): remove unused min-height and min-width utility classes

remove the unused min-height.scss and min-width.scss source files
delete their @import statements from src/static/scss/index.scss
strip the min-width-0 and min-height-0 class attributes from the relevant Vue components
