duanshuwen 06119f00db refactor: replace legacy height utility classes with inline pixel units

Remove the unused height.scss partial and its import from the main SCSS entry file. Update all component templates to use explicit h-[numberpx] classes instead of the legacy h-* height utilities, eliminating the separate dependency file.
