Add min-w-0, w-full, and block classes to flex child elements and text nodes across various UI components to ensure text truncation works correctly. Remove outdated hardcoded card item width styles from global SCSS and replace them with inline responsive width classes where appropriate.

Also remove the now-unused .text-color CSS rule, update the direct text color in the HomeWelcome component from #0B5C2D to #181B25, and replace all existing uses of the .text-color class with direct inline text-[#181B25] utility classes in the NoticeMessage component.
Remove the deprecated border.scss stylesheet and its import from the main SCSS entry file. Replace all legacy border utility class usages with explicit border classes:
- Replace border-ff with border border-white
- Replace border-F1F5F9 with border border-[#f1f5f9]
- Replace border-bottom with border-b border-[#e5e8ee]
- Replace border-top-8 with border-t-8 border-[#f5f5f5]
- Update border-none button styles to add after:!hidden to retain original pseudo-element hiding behavior
Delete the unused global .border SCSS utility class from border.scss. Replace all usages of the generic "border" class with explicit "border border-[#e5e8ee]" to match the original border styling, and retain the dynamic border color override in the OrderQrcode component.
Remove the deprecated scroll.scss stylesheet and its import from the main SCSS index file. Replace all usages of the custom .scroll-y and .scroll-x classes across Vue templates with the corresponding overflow utility classes. Fix a malformed scroll-view tag in the goods album page template.
