# Task: Integrate all local changes into main
## Identity
- Task ID: 20260901-integrate-all-local-4d7a9c21
- Mode: Integration
- Branch: main
- Worktree: /Users/inmanx/Documents/makelore
- Base commit: 9ed70ba925a7e544f17bf5b418846df9d4145a2a
- Owner: codex
- Status: Planning
## Scope
- Audit every local branch, linked worktree, tracked modification, and
untracked task-owned file that is not already represented by `main`.
- Commit complete source-task changes in their owning worktrees, then integrate
all semantically compatible local product and documentation changes into
local `main`.
- Preserve the consolidated Plugin Services navigation, Coding history/quota
correction, and assistant progress-message behavior together when resolving
their overlapping Renderer and test files.
- Synchronize canonical product documentation, run repository-required
verification, and restart the merged development application.
## Intent And Constraints
- Preserve the current four-module, light-only product boundary, Main-owned
runtime/Host API architecture, `.makelore/project.json` authority, and the
accepted removal of the Learning course runtime/OpenMAIC player under
ADR-005.
- Source task records are immutable from this Integration Gate; source commits
must be completed in their owning worktrees before they are merged.
- Do not mechanically choose one side of a semantic conflict. The historical
`codex/learning-player-release-fix` branch is retained unchanged because it
would reverse ADR-005 and was explicitly excluded by the earlier integration
record; merging it requires a new explicit product-direction decision.
- Do not push `main`; this task is a local integration unless the user separately
authorizes a remote update.
## Outcome
- Committed the complete ready source-task work on its owning branches:
`d523b72` restores visible Coding history and safe quota feedback,
`8d878eb` preserves assistant progress previews, and `2c9f741`, `1f2e35c`,
and `82415ba` retain diagnosis/startup task records.
- Merged the two-commit Plugin Services consolidation, both Coding behavior
branches, and every compatible local documentation-only branch into `main`.
Their overlapping timeline and Electron E2E files merged without text
conflicts and passed combined verification.
- Preserved the previously excluded local plugin-integration review record as
tracked history. All source worktrees are clean.
- Restarted the merged development application from `main`; Vite is live at
`http://localhost:5173/` and Electron Main owns Host API port `13210`.
- Exactly one local branch remains outside `main`:
`codex/learning-player-release-fix@b1f51be`. Its five-file patch restores the
retired OpenMAIC Learning Player packaging supply chain, contradicts ADR-005,
and requires an explicit product-direction decision before integration.
## Verification
- Focused Vitest: 7 files / 64 tests passed across Plugin Services, history,
quota classification, Pi projection, and combined timeline behavior.
- `pnpm run typecheck`: passed.
- `pnpm run lint:check`: passed with zero errors. It reported 12 warnings: the
repository's existing warnings plus duplicates from the nested historical
Learning worktree scanned by ESLint.
- `pnpm test`: passed, 212 regular files / 1,728 tests with 3 skips, plus the
isolated pressure file / 1 test (1,732 tests total).
- `pnpm run build:vite`: passed for Renderer, Electron Main, Preload, and the
release utility worker; existing dynamic-import, Browserslist-age, and large
chunk warnings remain non-fatal.
- Focused Electron E2E: 5/5 passed across Plugin Services discovery/library,
project enablement, Coding history, quota feedback, and process previews.
- Runtime probes: Vite returned HTTP 200; the Host API returned its expected
unauthenticated HTTP 401 challenge; Node PID 39837 and Electron PID 39847
listen on ports 5173 and 13210 respectively.
## Follow-ups
- Obtain the required human choice for the ADR-005 conflict. If the historical
Learning branch remains excluded, finalize canonical documentation around
the three accepted product changes and close the Integration Gate. If it is
explicitly accepted, first reverse ADR-005 and reconcile the branch against
the current Learning boundary rather than taking a mechanical merge side.
## Promotion Candidates
- Promote the Plugin Services source task into `current-state.md` and
`module-map.md`: Project Configuration is the sole visible plugin surface,
with discover/mine/project tabs and compatibility-only standalone routes.
- Promote the Coding history/quota source task into `README.md` and
`current-state.md`: compaction may bound model context without removing the
visible active-branch history, and recognized Provider quota failures remain
actionable after reopen.
