## Scope
|
|
|
|
- Integrate the reviewed readable capability-copy source task 20261013-capability-copy-febf9c28 into local main.
|
|
- Promote accepted server-owned presentation and client rendering facts to current state and data flow.
|
|
- Authorized resume: resolve the in-progress merge from origin/main, integrate the remote personal Agent workspace with local message rendering, verify and commit local main.
|
|
|
|
## Intent And Constraints
|
|
|
|
- User explicitly approved commit/merge, one fresh read-only Reviewer, and official ownership handoff from the completed rendering integration task.
|
|
- Keep the 3 adopted foreign project records unchanged and untracked. Do not include unrelated deletion, optional-purpose or other task work.
|
|
- Preserve runtime identities, model instructions, permissions and selections; custom/imported/personal capability copy remains author-owned.
|
|
- Local integration only; no push, deployment, database migration or package installation.
|

- Promoted source facts to current-state Integrated Through and data-flow: one server-owned copy map, original resource identity, custom Skill provenance, per-run live/history projection and raw-name fallback when MCP provenance is uncertain.

- Source records remain unchanged after their commits. No push or deployment performed.

## Verification
|
|
|
|
- Final backend non-slow unit suite after the review fix: 2276 passed, 1 skipped.
|
|
- Source evidence: 65 focused backend tests; 3 real HTTP/PostgreSQL scenarios; 108 client unit tests; 2 Electron scenarios; typecheck, changed-source lint, frontend/docs build and engineering contracts passed. Engineering verifier tests: 62 passed in WSL.
|
|
- Fresh independent Reviewer found implicit tool/MCP name ambiguity; source now preserves raw names for those tools on MCP-configured runs without changing runtime rules. Reviewer rechecked the final patch and independently passed 65 backend and 62 client tests; final verdict PASS.
|
|
- Source ancestry confirmed. Direct byte comparison confirms all 3 adopted records are unchanged and still untracked. Final product/test/public-doc tree equals the reviewed source; whitespace and task-aware documentation drift checks passed.
|
|
|
|
## Follow-ups
|
|
|
|
- User explicitly approved cleanup of both source worktrees. Official retire passed eligibility checks but Git partially deleted the directories and removed its linked-worktree registration before reporting filesystem errors: Yuxi "Filename too long"; Makelore "Directory not empty" (even with command-local core.longpaths).
|
|
- Residual directories remain at C:/Users/7brot/.codex/worktrees/yuxi-20261013-capability-copy-febf9c28 and C:/Users/7brot/.codex/worktrees/makelore-20261013-capability-copy-febf9c28. Source branches and commits remain preserved. Skill ownership/reservation entries remain because retire did not reach its final registry cleanup.
|
|
- Inspected residual paths and dependency junction targets. Proposed bounded residual deletion plus official release-missing recovery was rejected before execution by automatic approval ("blocked by policy", no further reason). No recovery deletion or release-missing ran; cleanup is blocked, not reported as complete. Do not blindly retry retire against the now-unregistered partial directories.
|
|
- Reusable workflow lesson: Windows Git worktree deletion can leave an unregistered partial checkout when dependency junctions or long paths prevent removal. Future skill repair should address this recoverable partial-retirement state; this task does not modify the skill.
|

- Production paired-version and real-model acceptance remain outside this local task.

## Remote Merge Resume · 2026-10-13
|
|
|
|
- User explicitly approved continuation of this integration owner, adoption of the in-progress remote merge, preservation of the three untracked records, and a verified local main commit without push. Local HEAD 2ba39079a86f9dbc869d1fc4c1c8a56ed192c7d6; MERGE_HEAD 23ddce11da5c4c7aa31af81213a5aafd474cdad0.
|
|
- User separately approved preserving the failed-retirement residue by rename. Verified the missing .git/worktree registration and retained source branch at 821fd6f, already contained in main. Renamed C:/Users/7brot/.codex/worktrees/makelore-20261013-capability-copy-febf9c28 to the same name with -retained; official release-missing --force and start --adopt-existing then succeeded. Current owner, integration lock, worktree, branch and original base match; the unrelated Yuxi residue was not touched. This resolves the Makelore registry blocker in Follow-ups without deleting residue.

- Concurrent and Planning Gates Passed after entry, own/source records, positioning/current state, decisions/architecture/domain and evidence/reflection/commitment context. - Plan: retain local per-message reasoning/tool rendering and server-owned readable capability labels while incorporating remote chat, attachment, knowledge, configuration, navigation and channel designs; resolve all ten conflict files by intent; verify focused tests/typecheck/lint/build and applicable Electron/layout cases, reconcile canonical facts, pass documentation drift and commit/complete. No subagents, deployed-app update, cloud mutation, package release or push.

|
|
### Remote Merge Outcome
|
|
|
|
- Resolved all ten conflicts by preserving both source intents. Shared message/tool fields and readable capability copy remain; remote configuration, chat, knowledge, attachments, avatar presets, navigation and channel cards are integrated. The message reducer retains per-run identity across same-request approval, strict request/main-thread filtering, exact cursor deduplication and terminal cursor reuse. Final history replaces only matching persisted messages; missing fragments remain visible for bounded hydration.
|
|
- Adapted both source test suites to the combined UI and event contract; added incomplete terminal-history coverage and reused-message-ID continuation coverage. Fixed four Vite virtual entry fixtures with normalizePath for Windows and one obsolete homepage return-button locator. No product behavior was changed to satisfy those stale fixtures.
|
|
- Canonical README, personal cloud-agent ADR, decision index, data flow and current state now describe the accepted combined behavior and paired-backend limits. Imported source records and three adopted untracked records remain unchanged.
|
|
- Preserved source branch codex/20261013-capability-copy-febf9c28-capability-copy and commit 821fd6f. The exact residual directory is C:/Users/7brot/.codex/worktrees/makelore-20261013-capability-copy-febf9c28-retained. No residue deletion, Yuxi change, source branch deletion or live cloud operation was performed.

|
|
|
### Remote Merge Verification
|
|
|
|
- Pinned pnpm 10.33.4; frozen-lockfile dependency repair restored missing tsc and @csstools/css-calc. A forced reinstall reused the local store without new dependency declarations; package.json and pnpm-lock.yaml remain identical to the remote merge source.
|
|
- pnpm run typecheck and pnpm run build:vite passed for Renderer, Main, Preload and utility outputs. Scoped ESLint passed with zero errors and two existing CloudChat warnings (mixed export and effect ref cleanup); final changed-test lint passed without diagnostics.
|
|
- Focused Vitest: 22 files / 359 tests passed initially. Final stream and rendering run: 2 files / 13 tests passed, including one additional partial-history regression, for 360 distinct passing related tests.
|
|
- Electron identity/configuration, channels and per-message rendering: 3 scenarios passed. Additional chat layout, knowledge, navigation, avatar and home suites: 37/39 passed initially after the Windows fixture fix; the two remaining failures were ENOSPC during screenshot output and an obsolete return-button locator. After recovery/correction, both scenarios passed on a targeted rerun. Total 42 distinct browser/Electron scenarios have passing results; no full-suite claim.
|
|
- D: ran out of space while writing diagnostics and an added test. Moved only this run's ignored, completed Vite caches and failed-run artifacts to C:/Users/7brot/AppData/Local/Temp/makelore-1013-preserved-output. Restored the affected test from committed content plus its reviewed merge edits and added regression, then reran it successfully. Final rerun diagnostics target C: directly. The drive remains low on space; no user files were removed.
|
|
- Final whitespace and task-aware documentation checks passed; no unmerged index entries or conflict markers remain. Adopted source records retain their exact states, and only the original three foreign records remain untracked. A fresh fetch confirms origin/main still equals the merge source 23ddce1. Official completion follows the committed Ready for Integration record.
|
|
|
|
### Remote Merge Follow-ups And Promotion
|
|
|
|
- Accepted combined product facts are promoted; no unresolved source-of-truth conflict remains. Paired Yuxi history/copy/optional-description contracts and real cloud/model acceptance remain deployment follow-ups, not results of this merge.
|
|
- The Makelore registry blocker is recovered. Unrelated Yuxi residue remains as previously recorded. This local merge does not publish or update the installed application.
|
|
- The repeated interrupted-retirement lesson and Windows fixture finding are recorded in the task-owned reflection case. Skill repair remains a separate candidate; no bundled script or ownership JSON was edited.
