## Scope
|
|
|
|
- Fetch the configured `origin` remote and determine whether local `main` can be
|
|
synchronized by fast-forward or requires a serialized integration.
|
|
- Preserve all local commits and uncommitted user work while reporting the exact
|
|
ahead/behind relationship.
|
|
|
|
## Intent And Constraints
|
|
|
|
- Do not rebase, reset, force-push, stash, or discard either history.
|
|
- Use a normal two-parent merge only from a dedicated Integration Gate task when
|
|
the histories have diverged and canonical project documents overlap.
|
|
- Keep the current three-module product boundary; do not restore Learning while
|
|
synchronizing the repository.
|
|
|

## Outcome
|
|
|
|
- Fetched `origin` successfully and advanced the remote-tracking `main` reference
|
|
from `336e0bb` to `d642d76`.
|
|
- Determined that local `main@533f8bb` and `origin/main@d642d76` diverge from
|
|
merge base `336e0bb`: local has 6 exclusive commits and remote has 9.
|
|
- Remote changes add the interactive AI project scaffold and bundled official
|
|
plugin status integration. Both histories modify canonical project documents,
|
|
and the product trees overlap in the shared Sidebar, so synchronization is
|
|
transferred to a serialized Integration Gate instead of being merged here.
|
