## Scope

- Restore own Agent homepage card dimensions and spacing to the exact pre-shrink style from 7af43acebb5d8b118fa16c838dfba2f18e535bb1; update the current trial and show the restored cards.

## Intent And Constraints
|
||
|
||
- Latest user explicitly reverses the previous two-thirds card size. Preserve current conversation/composer/thinking/channel/configuration features. Initially update in the background; latest user then explicitly authorized taking desktop focus. Deploy renderer artifacts only and preserve the trial profile. No paid prompts, cloud changes, peer/canonical writes, main merge or push.

## Outcome
|
||
|
||
- Restored agent-home.css byte-for-byte to pre-shrink 7af43ace. Grid uses responsive original minimum 292px/flexible tracks, card padding24/22 at narrow widths, avatar72, original text sizing/spacing/actions. README reflects original sizing. No conversation/channel/configuration or service changes.
|
||
- Deployed build commit 1afdb59b9726662779623f889b054e7c79654b8b to ignored stage .trial-runtime/agent-card-restore-20261012-c3d4a907. Root opened the real My Agents page after the user's login and visually verified the restored cards. Current runtime state is refreshed-and-visually-verified.
|
||
|
||
## Verification
|
||
|
||
- git diff --check passed; CSS equals original committed file. Existing cloud-agents-page suite 31/31 passed. Standard typecheck passed. Full production Renderer/Main/preload/utility Vite build passed with existing advisory warnings.
|
||
- Headless real CloudAgents+mock IPC at1440 and375 verified six card states, long/empty descriptions,44px buttons and no horizontal overflow/page errors. Desktop cards386.66×323.5;375px single-column335×319.5; original avatar72px. Root visually inspected desktop/narrow screenshots.
|
||
- Root checked exact equality of all eight compiled Main/preload/utility artifacts with the original bootstrap and preserved previous renderer rollback layers. New renderer assets and the native AX loaded after refresh, but native window screenshots remained white even after re-binding capture and window redraw actions. No loading/crash error was found in the public app log; the specific painting cause was not established.

||
- After explicit focus authorization, root reopened only the identified trial, with the same app/bootstrap/profile and unchanged Main bytes. Graceful termination removed the old renderer and Host but left Main alive; root then stopped that exact remaining Main and reopened it. Historical PID63739/Host62867 remain in the activation evidence; actual runtime is PID7459/Host62864. Root independently verified the new loopback listener and unauthenticated local health401. Main process preservation is correctly recorded as false.

||
- Reopening restored visible rendering but required fresh login because this development trial does not persist its in-memory session. User manually logged in and confirmed it. Root used CUA to enter /cloud-agents?view=mine and visually observed the real original-size cards, avatars, text spacing and actions. No profile/credential contents were read and no mock data was injected into the native trial. Root confirmed the updated runtime manifest only after this visible evidence.

|
||
## Read-only Follow-up Confirmation
|
||
|
||
- User asked whether the chat/composer simplification remains in the updated trial and where code should be pushed. Same-task ownership resumed and verified; prior project context remains applicable. All 41 peer records and their 123 Scope/Intent/Promotion sections are unchanged, with no new dependency or conflict. Follow-up planning gate: Passed; no product code change planned.

- Running build 1afdb59 includes composer commit faebfe9 as an ancestor. CloudChat.tsx, agent-chat.css and DraftEditor.tsx blobs are identical to that composer commit; all 133 deployed renderer artifacts match the bound manifest. Removed published-chat controls/copy, user bubbles and attachment composer therefore remain deployed after the card-size restoration.

- A native attempt to open the conversation did not yield a fresh conversation screenshot: CUA returned elementHasNoFrame/noWindowsAvailable. No restart, upload or live model request was made for this confirmation; previous fixture evidence and the verified payload establish deployment, not fresh native upload acceptance.
|
||
- Locally configured origin is https://git.nianxx.cn/wangxuming/makelore, default remote branch origin/main. Current feature branch has no upstream and local remote-tracking refs do not contain the handoff commit. No fetch or push performed; this identifies the configured destination rather than claiming a live remote-state check. User asked about destination and did not request pushing.

## Follow-ups
|
||
|
||
- No work remains for this request. Main merge/push and canonical promotion remain outside the authorized scope. The verified build remains bound to 1afdb59; any final docs-only handoff commit must retain the exact src/electron/shared trees and is recorded separately in the deployment manifest.
