+  source branch and task-owned record has been integrated.
+- Confirm the user-selected exclusion of the obsolete Learning Player branch,
+  the canonical documentation promotion, and the running merged application.
+- Run the task-aware project-document checks from a base that already contains
+  the immutable source records, then close and release the Integration Gate.

+## Intent And Constraints
+
+- Preserve ADR-005 and do not merge or modify
+  `codex/learning-player-release-fix@b1f51be`.
+- Make no further product behavior change; the verified intake tree at
+  `fac08e9` is the finalization base.
+- Keep `main` local. No push, deployment, publication, branch deletion, or
+  worktree deletion is authorized.
+
+## Outcome
+
+- Confirmed that the Plugin Services consolidation, Coding history/quota fix,
+  assistant progress-preview fix, all five formerly dirty source worktrees,
+  both documentation-only local branches, and the preserved plugin-review
+  record are represented by `main`.
+- Confirmed that the only local branch not ancestral to `main` is
+  `codex/learning-player-release-fix@b1f51be`; it remains clean, unchanged, and
+  intentionally excluded by the user's explicit decision. ADR-005 remains the
+  accepted Learning product boundary.
+- Canonical `README.md`, `current-state.md`, and `module-map.md` now describe
+  Project Configuration as the sole Plugin Services surface, full visible
+  active-branch history across Pi compaction, safe persistent quota feedback,
+  and first-line anchored collapsed process previews.
+- The merged development application remains running from local `main`.

+## Verification
+
+- Direct ancestry checks passed for all eight integrated local source/document
+  branches; the Learning Player ancestry check returned false as required, and
+  the formerly excluded plugin-review record is now tracked.
+- Intake verification from task `20260901-integrate-all-local-4d7a9c21` passed:
+  typecheck; 7 focused Vitest files / 64 tests; full unit suite of 1,732 tests
+  with 3 skips; lint with 0 errors; Renderer/Main/Preload/utility Vite build;
+  and 5 focused Electron E2E scenarios.
+- Runtime probes from the intake task returned Vite HTTP 200 and the expected
+  unauthenticated Host API HTTP 401 challenge on ports 5173 and 13210.
