Artifact Delivery Reference

Source-first invariants

The source confirmation document is kept even when PDF conversion fails. PDF conversion must not mutate the ERP registry or task into a create/update operation. A delivery failure is not an ERP save failure and must not trigger resave.

Verification

Check source existence, PDF existence, file size, and render/readability with fixture documents before claiming PDF completion. Keep internal paths in audit/handoff records, not customer-facing replies.
