ADR-007 — Direct OHIP business-data input alongside XML
Date: 2026-09-18. Status: accepted by the user's explicit direct-data implementation request.
The user superseded the API-to-XML goal: acquire 15 required fields by date, process their business values directly, keep manual XML, reuse business rules. User explicitly excluded actual sandbox-order verification from this work.
The active processor4.2.0 normalizes both source kinds into the same classifier/pricing/workbook rules. XML retains result4.0; data uses result5.0, ingestion_mode=ohip_data and source_data/ohip_json/source.json. Retired direct-MCP3.0 stays frozen. Neither XML fabrication nor relabelling JSON as XML is allowed.
Immutable source identity, separately frozen delivery, independent fresh replay, atomic Finance/outbox and missing-price-only review remain mandatory. Review manifests bind the original source hash irrespective of format. Migration019 extends artifact/filename/review constraints without rewriting existing records. Input source type is never inferred from guest text.
Complete collection is required. Field gaps on whitelist candidates reject processing; excluded codes follow the original filter-first behavior. Reservation notes use the first nonempty value after emoji cleanup; packages display ordered codes, while raw multi-values/details remain preserved. Trace is absent from the acquisition and blank in the unchanged19-column workbook. This establishes new display behavior, not Oracle-native report equivalence.
Local12-case acceptance includes real disposable PostgreSQL and browser simulation; no actual hotel query, new platform grant or existing runtime migration. Live activation is an explicit deployment step using valid private configuration and migration019; old task roots remain pinned to their original processor identity.
