chore: 更新 .gitignore 并删除旧的发布压缩包

完善 .gitignore 配置，新增多种无需纳入版本控制的文件类型的忽略规则，包括依赖缓存、IDE配置、数据库备份、发布归档包、调试日志等；同时删除已过时的 wonderq-admin-release-20260823-01.tar 发布文件
