Replace all usages of legacy `.color-*` and `.text-color-*` SCSS utility classes with inline Tailwind `text-[#hexcode]` arbitrary value classes. Remove the deprecated `src/static/scss/colors.scss` file, and fix minor formatting/indentation issues across multiple component files.
delete the standalone gap.scss utility file, remove its import from src/static/scss/index.scss, and update all component templates to replace predefined gap-* classes with inline gap-[px] notation
Replace all custom `bg-*` utility classes across Vue components with Tailwind's arbitrary hex color notation (e.g. `bg-[#f7f7f7]`). Remove redundant hardcoded background color definitions from src/static/scss/background.scss, clean up template formatting, and update gradient button styles to use direct hex values.
