Replace all instances of prefixed flex utility classes (like flex-items-center, flex-justify-between, flex-full, flex-shrink-0) with their standard un-prefixed counterparts (items-center, justify-between, flex-1, shrink-0) across the codebase. Remove the deprecated src/static/scss/flex.scss partial file as it is no longer needed after these updates.
Delete the src/static/scss/font-size.scss utility file, and replace all legacy `font-size-*` class usages across the codebase with inline `text-[numberpx]` styling to consolidate font size definitions and remove redundant utility code.
Delete the src/static/scss/margin.scss utility file, update all component templates to replace pre-defined margin classes with inline arbitrary pixel values (e.g. mb-[4px] instead of mb-4), and clean up long template lines for better readability.
Replace all usages of legacy `.color-*` and `.text-color-*` SCSS utility classes with inline Tailwind `text-[#hexcode]` arbitrary value classes. Remove the deprecated `src/static/scss/colors.scss` file, and fix minor formatting/indentation issues across multiple component files.
Remove the deprecated src/static/scss/line-height.scss custom utility file, and update all component template instances of line-height-* classes to use the equivalent tailwind leading-[xxpx] utilities. This standardizes line height styling across the codebase by using native tailwind classes instead of custom SCSS helpers.
Remove the unused padding.scss stylesheet and its import from the main SCSS entrypoint. Update all legacy padding utility class names across every Vue component to use inline pixel-based utility classes (such as replacing `pl-12` with `pl-[12px]`). Also clean up extraneous whitespace and line breaks in component templates for improved readability.
