Remove the deprecated border.scss stylesheet and its import from the main SCSS entry file. Replace all legacy border utility class usages with explicit border classes:
- Replace border-ff with border border-white
- Replace border-F1F5F9 with border border-[#f1f5f9]
- Replace border-bottom with border-b border-[#e5e8ee]
- Replace border-top-8 with border-t-8 border-[#f5f5f5]
- Update border-none button styles to add after:!hidden to retain original pseudo-element hiding behavior
Replace all instances of prefixed flex utility classes (like flex-items-center, flex-justify-between, flex-full, flex-shrink-0) with their standard un-prefixed counterparts (items-center, justify-between, flex-1, shrink-0) across the codebase. Remove the deprecated src/static/scss/flex.scss partial file as it is no longer needed after these updates.
Delete the src/static/scss/font-size.scss utility file, and replace all legacy `font-size-*` class usages across the codebase with inline `text-[numberpx]` styling to consolidate font size definitions and remove redundant utility code.
Delete the standalone font-weight.scss utility file, remove its import from the main scss index, and update all existing references to the custom font-{weight} classes to use either built-in semantic font utilities or inline functional font weight classes matching the project's utility-first styling pattern.
Delete the src/static/scss/margin.scss utility file, update all component templates to replace pre-defined margin classes with inline arbitrary pixel values (e.g. mb-[4px] instead of mb-4), and clean up long template lines for better readability.
Removed unused text-align.scss, position.scss, and rounded.scss utility files along with their imports from scss/index.scss. Updated all existing uses of the rounded-* utility classes in vue components to use inline border-radius syntax like rounded-[10px] instead.
Replace all usages of legacy `.color-*` and `.text-color-*` SCSS utility classes with inline Tailwind `text-[#hexcode]` arbitrary value classes. Remove the deprecated `src/static/scss/colors.scss` file, and fix minor formatting/indentation issues across multiple component files.

Also clean up extraneous whitespace and line breaks in component templates for improved readability.

Remove redundant hardcoded background color definitions from src/static/scss/background.scss, clean up template formatting, and update gradient button styles to use direct hex values.
Add two new throttle utility methods: createAsyncThrottle and createExecutionLock for safe async operation locking. Update the existing throttle method's comment to clarify traditional timestamp usage. Replace DebounceUtils usage with ThrottleUtils.createExecutionLock in order footer and booking page payment handlers to prevent duplicate payments. Rewrite uni.requestPayment calls to use Promise wrapping for proper async handling, and add try/catch/finally blocks to ensure loading state is always cleaned up correctly. Fix template formatting and trailing commas across modified files.
