chore: remove unused SCSS and fix component styles

- remove unused z-index and word-break SCSS utility files and their imports from src/static/scss/index.scss
- standardize padding unit notation to [px] format in ChatQuickAccess component
- reformat long class attributes and clean up whitespace in GeneratorPhotoComponent
- fix trailing whitespace and formatting for the navigateTo call in GeneratorPhotoComponent
