style: remove global .border class and standardize border styles

Browse Source 
Delete the unused global .border SCSS utility class from border.scss. Replace all usages of the generic "border" class with explicit "border border-[#e5e8ee]" to match the original border styling, and retain the dynamic border color override in the OrderQrcode component.
