Remove the Code rail brand/logo/caption, align New Project at the former brand top and My Projects/list at the former New Project top; apply consistently to chat/configuration via the shared rail. Rename Canvas desktop rail heading to My Projects and show only project names, without version/date metadata.

User explicitly supersedes prior Code brand retention. Preserve top return/collapse controls including Linux navigation, shared sidebar width/collapse, Code gallery/Alice footer, configuration content/guards, APIs/project identities/menu actions, Canvas sort/selection/loading. Desktop left rail only; compact Canvas project sheet/status presentation is outside the supplied screenshot scope. Preserve actual trial Main40930/PID93092 and all 18 inherited features; no Main restart or real business writes.

Removed only the Code sidebar brand block/import; the center welcome artwork and top navigation remain. Removed 10px content top padding as well as the 46px brand block, placing New Project at the prior brand top and My Projects heading at the prior New Project top. Chat/configuration continue sharing one rail; bottom gallery/account rules unchanged.
Canvas desktop rail is My Projects, with each row showing its real title only. Removed the date formatter; kept updatedAt ordering, selection identity and all existing project actions/loading states.
README and focused existing tests updated. Product implementation committed at f980827200a6ceac521fb38c361f5a57b80d4561; final metadata commit will follow. Runtime activation is deliberately handed to the user-authorized consolidation conversation, rather than racing its unified application restart.

Official ownership and Planning Gate passed after 66 peers/198 scope/intent/promotion sections were inspected read-only, no blocking semantic conflicts.
Standard typecheck, scoped ESLint and default full build:vite passed.
31 Code/layout/navigation/community tests and 6 Canvas sidebar tests passed. The Canvas selection test also verifies recent-first order and exact identity after hiding metadata.
Focused real isolated Electron checks passed: shared Code chat/configuration chrome and sidebar module-return entry, 2 tests in 7.7s. Inspected final configuration screenshot; exact 3 source files independently reviewed without blockers. Tests used fixtures and did not change Alice business data.
Runtime preparation was safely stopped without a snapshot/manifest because an ancestor work-entry receipt was updated after the prior overlay hash anchor; no inheritance checks were relaxed further. The authorized consolidation will create a fresh full integrated build. Scope proof and passing build/E2E/Canvas unit logs are retained in /Users/chillishark/Makelore 麦洛/.trial-runtime/sidebar-simplify-20261014-a6d32f90. No activation, reload, restart, current.json write, draft discard, or real business/configuration write was performed. Actual application remains Main40930/PID93092 and Renderer ec07.

User raw instruction verified by read_thread in coordination conversation codex://threads/01a12eba-e98b-76a3-8fd5-206f2820d623: wait for five named conversations, have them report completion, then consolidate/push and restart the trial once. That directly authorizes this completion report; current in-progress status already sent there. Coordinating conversation owns integrated build, activation, final real UI acceptance and cleanup. Source worktree remains available; do not use the single-task snapshot to overwrite the eventual integrated build.
