Scope

• Align Canvas navigation, headers, message rendering/composer and production sections with the existing Agents light system; add a resizable conversation/current-work/history workspace with compact panel switching. Preserve cloud V2 generation and all existing edit/quote/confirm/recovery semantics.
• Wait for user-selected Agent--渠道 and Code-navigation chats, integrate their completed commits, verify combined source, update the current temporary application, merge and push main, then retire this task's clean managed worktree. Preserve unrelated work and the live application profile.

Intent And Constraints

• User explicitly authorized implementation of the previous six-part proposal, coordinated trial update, merge/push and cleanup. Use committed origin/main 70166d2 as baseline; do not revive the rejected broad Code visual variant.
• Project Context Loaded: task 20261013-canvas-workspace-b6d9e2a4, feature mode, owned branch/worktree/base shown in Identity. Bundled check/start/status succeeded and owner/reservation match. Read entry/memory index/own task, positioning/integrated snapshot, decisions/system overview, domain/success and evidence/reflection/commitment indexes plus community boundaries. Main owns media/auth/commands; Workspace owns Living Form and Session; use one light system and actual existing component tokens.
• All peer task Scope/Intent/Promotion sections were read only. Channel adapter 9a7c32e1 and Code navigation 35fad017 are the required dependencies for final delivery, with separate file scopes. Knowledge/draft/teacher tasks do not overlap Canvas. Placeholder child-language scope is unknown but has no concrete dependency. Current primary checkout belongs to another completed integration and has a pre-existing dirty task record; it remains untouched during feature development. Trial pointer is being changed by Code-navigation work: re-read/freeze predecessor only after that chat completes. Gate result: Passed.
• Implementation plan: independently improve Canvas conversation/Markdown and its isolated sidebar; add a Canvas-specific keyboard-accessible split with remembered size and current/previous output selection, reusing existing Main-owned asset previews; relocate existing editable production card to the works pane without duplicating reducers/paid actions. Update focused unit/Electron regression coverage and README; run type/lint/affected tests/build and independent review. Final native trial update follows verified fresh-pointer preparation, activation and finalization; preserve user input and running tasks.

Outcome

• Canvas implementation complete: Agents-style navigation/composer/Markdown, 64px identity header, resizable 42/58 workspace, current output preview and historical selection, one persistent editable production card, <=899px compact panel switching. Hidden videos pause; modal Escape does not change split focus; compact creation no longer opens two dialogs.
• Coordinated source integration complete. The final product tree includes Canvas2ca6e31, effective Code/sidebar/advanced source d287d5ac / handoff15848cd and channel979596f; ancestry mergea106dc1 preserves both delivered histories. Combined source592ff38f was normally pushed to remote main and independently verified with ls-remote. The default full Renderer/Main/Preload/utility build from that clean exact commit passed. Immutable full-runtime package was prepared and verified at /Users/chillishark/Makelore 麦洛/.trial-runtime/canvas-combined-20261014-b6d9e2a4; v2 temporary-application startup has since completed; login-gated final native UI verification and worktree retirement remain pending. Canvas source2ca6e31; Code-navigation chat completed product source d287d5ac (handoff15848cd). The committed effective Renderer non-project-doc delta from baseline70166d2 was applied through Git three-way merge, preserving Canvas and all current Sidebar/TOOL/SKILL/knowledge-upload fixes; its live verification is blocked by Mac lock. Channel-adapter chat completed source979596f. Its non-project-doc product/test/README delta was also three-way merged cleanly. Combined typecheck/scoped ESLint and all443 selected units passed. The accepted non-project-doc code deltas were three-way merged before recording source ancestry with a metadata-only merge of Code15848cd and channel979596f. This preserves source commit history without changing their read-only task records or importing canonical-memory changes into feature mode; no Yuxi files were changed. The user later reported unlocking; CUA then returned inconsistent AX/screenshot state followed by repeated explicit Mac-locked responses. No active app/link/pointer mutation has occurred in this task. The user resumed; root then performed normal native quit and launched the v2 full package. Current live UI is login-gated; manual login is pending before Canvas/account/configuration acceptance and retirement.

Verification

• Combined source: 23 test files / 443 tests passed, including Canvas, Code/navigation, Agent recovery and Main WeChat error contracts. The two inherited integration expectation mismatches were corrected to use the new Works Square entry and the existing record dialog while retaining draft/pending preservation assertions.

• Pinned corepack pnpm 10.33.4; typecheck and scoped ESLint passed. Nine Canvas/store/contract test files: 111 tests passed; separate layout regressions: 9 passed; sidebar interaction regressions: 6 passed. Existing Electron image-workspace-v2 suite: 2 passed, covering actual geometry, keyboard/pointer/focus, 375/768/899/900 layouts, drafts, quotes, result preview and video duration. Full Renderer/Main/Preload/utility build succeeded.

• Independent review findings were fixed and verified. Screenshot QA accepted three fixture images; copied outside the worktree into the calling chat visualization folder. These are controlled test data, not a real paid-generation acceptance.

Follow-ups

• Combined actual Electron/browser fixtures: 18 unique cases passed (Canvas/channels4, community9, Code/navigation5). Three-way integration exposed inherited assertions for the replaced community entry, current attachment thumbnails, the existing filter query and the new toolbar/record-dialog layout; test-only fixes retain behavior/geometry/first-send/draft/attachment/navigation checks. Type/scoped lint and whitespace checks passed. Controlled screenshots and complete passed logs are preserved outside the source worktree.

• On 2026-10-14 the user reported unlocking. Native CUA first exposed Code idle screenshot and mismatched profile AX, so authentication was not treated as verified. After a harmless window/menu inspection, CUA again explicitly reported Mac locked on repeated fresh reads. No valid saved/quit/native receipt was created, no app restart/link/pointer update occurred, and this owned worktree stays clean but retained. The request to keep the screen awake is pending; other selected chats are idle/completed.

• Both selected dependencies are complete. Fresh preparation froze Main020b3667, actual verified Code Renderer d287d5ac, pointer SHA6ff7841d1333658dc7c900fb6f15d53667084e27775df8eed5920e842717adde and actual Code runtime target. All predecessor/new artifact hashes, resources tree, dependency reuse, compiled product preview=false and exact accepted deltas passed. Package state is prepared; launchers are compiled but not executed. Logs and fixture screenshots are copied to the immutable stage evidence directory; profile contents and credentials were not read. v2 file activation and native startup have since completed; final native verification remains outstanding. A superseding v2 stage /Users/chillishark/Makelore 麦洛/.trial-runtime/canvas-combined-20261014-b6d9e2a4-v2 was prepared and hash-verified from the clean main4eb3efa full default build, and is now selected and running under Main25170. Its finalizer derives authentication status from explicit before/after native observations instead of hardcoding login success; root review, four Python AST checks, Node syntax and sixteen auth-state combinations passed. The older prepared stage stays byte-for-byte intact. After manual product login, use v2 OPERATIONS.md and finalize helpers to verify the already running new runtime, then retire only this task worktree. Obtain a new saved/quit guard only if another native restart or rollback is required. Preserve unrelated primary checkout dirty teacher record, original shell, fallback stages and stable profile/runtime/dependency links.

Promotion Candidates

• Target: Canvas presentation summary in current-state / ADR-007. Proposal: retain the sole cloud-owned Living Form and generation contract while presenting its only editable card in the works pane, with remembered split/compact tabs and large output preview. Evidence: source changes, 126 focused units, two fixture Electron flows and screenshot QA. Future impact: keep drafts mounted across panel switching and avoid reintroducing fixed 256px result rails. No semantic conflict with authority rules; user approved the presentation change. Canonical updates require serialized integration and are not written by this feature task. Incoming non-product project memory is kept in the source branch; source records remain read-only and are referenced by commit here.

Native update handoff after resumed screen access

• Old Main12660 exited through native CUA Cmd+Q after the empty Code composer/no queued-file state and an unedited profile had been observed. A regular native Reload had cleared stale AX into a blank old Renderer; no profile input was entered or discarded. Root wrote a fresh saved/quit guard, selected only the v2 runtime compatibility symlink with activate-files.py, and launched its exact native launcher through CUA.
• New actual Main PID25170 uses the unchanged original Combined Trial shell and the v2 stage. The stable Renderer file origin, existing profile and port58003 remain unchanged; the port is listening. Native home/module list renders normally, and Canvas correctly redirects to the product login page. Before authentication is unknown due mismatched old AX/screenshot, while the new after state is signed out. A manual-login question is pending; no credential/profile reads, cloud generation or configuration writes were performed.
• v2 state remains files-activated-awaiting-native-launch (native launch occurred, full verification is still pending). current.json intentionally remains the prior pointer until actual Canvas/account/configuration verification succeeds. Read v2/native-launch-pending-verification.json and OPERATIONS.md when resuming; do not reprepare from the stale current pointer or relaunch the old stage accidentally. Original/fallback app and both snapshots are retained. Do not retire this task worktree until native verification/finalization completes.
