Task: Land visible agent apply action on main

Identity

  • Task ID: 20260918-land-agent-apply-2b594e7a
  • Mode: Integration
  • Branch: main
  • Worktree: D:\Datas\OthersProjects\makelore
  • Base commit: c878ba940c
  • Owner: codex
  • Status: Ready for Integration

Scope

  • Land the verified visible agent application action b28f6f0 and integration documentation 84bdd94 on local main.
  • Preserve the three pre-existing untracked task documents and all source task records.

Intent And Constraints

  • User explicitly authorized --adopt-existing for the three named foreign documents after the official script blocked an unowned dirty checkout.
  • The clean candidate task released its own registration with ordinary release, preserving directory, branch and commits. Official main start/status then matched this task, integration mode, main branch, absolute worktree and base.
  • Concurrent and Planning Gates passed using the same-base loaded project context and completed source/candidate records. No conflicting publication decision was found; historical placeholder peers remain unknown.
  • Merge authorization does not cover worktree deletion, remote push, packaging, installation or deployment.

Outcome

  • Fast-forwarded local main from c878ba9 to 84bdd94, including source b28f6f0, without conflict or product changes.
  • Updated Integrated Through to identify the completed landing.
  • Preserved 20260901-package-122-c5e8.md, 20260901-package-123-d7f3.md and 20260902-client-hang-diagnosis-a47c9e2b.md as untracked, unchanged documents.
  • Source b28f6f0 and candidate 84bdd94 task records are read-only and unchanged.
  • Cleanup was separately approved. Official retire partially removed the source checkout but failed with Directory not empty; the user then authorized manual residual cleanup and registry repair and confirmed the directory was deleted. Final inspection found the exact directory, Git worktree entry, ownership and task reservation absent. The follow-up release-missing call made no change because ownership was already absent; no claim is made about who removed that registration.
  • The source branch and b28f6f0 commit remain present and included in main. Only this integration record changes during cleanup bookkeeping; product files and the three original untracked documents remain untouched.

Verification

  • main ancestry check established a direct fast-forward before landing.
  • Product-tree equality with b28f6f0 confirmed; only integration documentation differs.
  • Reused the same source's 52 related unit tests, typecheck, scoped lint, production Vite build and Electron UI verification; no source changed during merge to warrant rerunning them.
  • Task-aware document drift gate verifies the three adopted foreign documents remain exactly unchanged and checks integration ownership boundaries.
  • After cleanup, official same-task start/status succeeds again. Verified target absence, absent task reservation, retained branch/commit, main ancestry and unchanged product tree.

Follow-ups

  • Rebuild/install the client to use the new interface; not part of this merge.
  • Approved source-worktree cleanup is complete. The released integration preparation directory and prior diagnostic directories remain preserved.

Promotion Candidates

  • Completed: current-state Integrated Through now records the source and successful main landing. Existing personal-cloud-agent architecture and publication semantics are unchanged.
