Historical placeholder scopes have no concrete dependency on this merge; isolated pricing work is out of scope.
User explicitly approved release --force of the completed prior primary owner and --adopt-existing for the known foreign documents. Preserve their exact states and exclude them from commits. Source task records remain read-only.
Plan: merge the exact source; verify ancestry, unchanged product/test/source-record bytes and retained main documentation; promote accepted icon facts; pass documentation/whitespace gates, commit and complete. Reuse the independent review and source tests when product bytes match. No new subagents, push, deployment, model calls or worktree deletion.

Merged exact source a3c02e7464 without conflicts as e3d01a1da4. All changed product/test and source-task files match the reviewed source; Makelore README retains the newer main-branch positioning paragraph.
Promoted the approved versioned icon contract into system-overview and current-state. Existing foreign documents remain unchanged and outside the index; no source record was rewritten.

Source/staged file equality, absence of unmerged paths and git diff --cached --check passed before the merge commit. Independent source review passed with no blocking findings; no implementation changes required another reviewer.
Source evidence reused for identical product/test bytes: 56 focused unit tests, renderer typecheck, focused ESLint, Vite renderer/Main/preload/worker build and real Edge image decoding/404 fallback case passed. Installed-client and production OSS acceptance remain unverified.
Final source ancestry, exact product/test tree and imported records, clean unchanged source worktree, scoped document diff, whitespace and official task-aware drift passed. Main-only README/product-introduction text is preserved. The official drift check confirmed all adopted foreign document states unchanged. No new fingerprints or validation infrastructure were added.

Compatible three-end deployment, Operations configuration sync and real-client image acceptance remain separate. Older topics keep their published definition; a new topic uses the synchronized icon.
Source worktree D:\Datas\OthersProjects.codex-worktrees\makelore\20260926-agent-avatar-ml-3c3686ec on branch codex/20260926-agent-avatar-ml-3c3686ec-agent-avatar-ml is retained awaiting post-merge cleanup confirmation. Removing it would also remove ignored dependencies/build output; branches and commits must remain.

Accepted source proposal applied to system-overview and current-state under integration ownership. No architecture direction, billing or historical-version conflict remains.
