## Scope

- Commit and integrate feature task `20260819-learning-project-catalog-impl-4e9c71a2` into the current local `main` lineage.
- Reconcile the approved Learning project-catalog behavior with canonical architecture, domain rules, success criteria, current state, history, decisions, and commitments.
- Re-run repository verification on the integrated tree, then advance local `main` without touching its unrelated untracked task record.

## Intent And Constraints

- Preserve the existing login and `module_access.learning` gate while making the project catalog the only Learning product behavior.
- Do not restore or retain compatibility for course generation, local course libraries, OpenMAIC playback, Agent/ASR/classroom runtime, or player-artifact packaging.
- Keep Works credentials, arbitrary upstream URLs, local paths, native saving, media validation, and archive verification in Electron Main.
- Treat the external Works Square operations/admin/API implementation and real-account smoke as pending; this repository contains only the desktop client and the server contract.
- Preserve the explicitly confirmed unrelated task record in the main worktree unchanged and outside this integration commit.
- The user explicitly confirmed the product-direction change in the source planning task, so replacement of the old canonical Learning model requires no additional decision prompt.

## Outcome

- Committed the verified feature work as `38db158` and merged it without conflicts as `d967b0f`.
- Promoted the confirmed product direction into accepted ADR-005, canonical architecture/data-flow/module maps, domain glossary/rules, success criteria, current state/history, and the release commitment ledger.
- Canonical Learning state now describes only the authenticated, `module_access.learning`-gated project catalog, safe README/media boundary, and Main-owned verified native ZIP save. The prior course-generation/OpenMAIC architecture is retained only as explicitly superseded history.
- Preserved the external Works Square operations/admin/API implementation and real-account Windows/signed-macOS smoke as pending work. Historical local course data remains untouched and unread by the new client.
- After explicit human confirmation, local `main` was fast-forwarded through the verified integration tip while `.project-docs/30-worklog/tasks/20260819-package-learning-off-115-9c4d.md` remained unchanged and untracked.

## Follow-ups

- Implement and deploy `docs/learning-project-catalog-server-contract.md` in the external Works Square operations/backend repository before releasing this client.
- Perform real-account publication, README-media, archive-failure, native-save, Windows, and signed-macOS smoke before production rollout.
- Consider a separate explicit user-controlled cleanup feature if historical downloaded course data should later be removed.
