# Task: Integrate consultation scope diagnosis
## Identity
- Task ID: 20260928-merge-consultation-scope-ml-7b56cbe4
- Mode: Integration
- Branch: main
- Worktree: D:\Datas\OthersProjects\makelore
- Base commit: b26e25c9ed26bf30f4d0bc03869c223f0fe34386
- Owner: codex
- Status: Ready for Integration
## Scope
- Merge client diagnosis 3779f33 into local main and record the paired Yuxi correction. No client product or test changes.
## Intent And Constraints
- Concurrent and Planning Gates Passed. Official start/status match Identity and exclusive integration ownership. Loaded entry, own/source/review records, required canonical context and all current peer Scope/Intent/Promotion records (55 Yuxi / 130 client). Reused unchanged standards and context at the exact source base commits. Historical placeholder scopes have no concrete merge dependency.
- User authorized this local main-branch merge and explicitly approved handing off Yuxi's completed 20260926-merge-teacher-read-yx-d814f812 registration. The previously authorized five foreign documents remain adopted, unchanged and excluded from commits. Source records remain read-only; no new agents, push, deployment, installation or deletion.
- Observer implementation touches the same service but is not merged; preserve both changes at its later integration. Peer 20260928-agent-single-chat-27da516b now records implementation approval, but has not promoted or merged a new cross-project conversation contract. This repair aligns the current supported client; no choice between future implementations is made here.
- Plan: import exact reviewed source/review commits, verify ancestry and equality outside canonical integration notes, update accepted current-state/architecture pointers, pass task documentation and whitespace checks, commit and complete. Reuse passed tests when the product tree is identical.
## Outcome
- Fast-forwarded local main to diagnosis 3779f33 without conflicts. No client product/test changes. Paired Yuxi fix e96d8cf and review cdeae44 are now included in local master.
- Recorded the diagnostic result and paired server correction under Integrated Through. Existing accepted client ADR/business rules already define this contract and needed no rewrite.
- All five adopted foreign documents across the two primary directories remain unchanged and excluded from commits. No push, deployment, installation or cleanup performed.
## Verification
- Conflict-free merge, source ancestry, exact product/source-record preservation, git diff --check and official task-aware documentation gates passed. The latter also verifies the adopted foreign documents retain their original content/index states.
- Client tests/build not rerun: this integration changes diagnostic/canonical memory only. Reviewed Yuxi source passed 2260 non-slow unit cases (1 skipped), 10 real HTTP/PG/checkpoint/native-worker cases, engineering/docs checks and fresh independent review. No client behavior change or production acceptance claimed.
## Follow-ups
- Deploy the merged Yuxi API when authorized; no SQL, client code update or history deletion is required by this fix. Existing failed questions are not automatically replayed.
- The integrated source worktrees are retained pending the bounded cleanup offer: Yuxi 20260928-consultation-scope-yx-1d836a72 and reviewer 20260928-consultation-scope-review-c7e4a91b; client diagnosis 20260928-consultation-scope-83fa19c2. Cleanup is separate from merge and does not block delivery.
- Preserve this project-topic correction when later combining the adjacent observer implementation. The separately approved single-conversation implementation must reconcile its new contract in its own integration.
## Promotion Candidates
- No new client contract; diagnostic result recorded in current-state while existing project-level topic/per-question source rules remain authoritative for this integrated client.
