api_inventory.md: original endpoint and feasibility inventory.adapter_design.md: historical deterministic-adapter design and guarded-submit pipeline.system_operation_scope.md: historical business-to-system scope matrix; its capability status is no longer current.
These files are historical context, not current runtime contracts.
Current project governance starts from root AGENTS.md; business design and ERP delivery rules are maintained by the 业务适配登记表 and its linked business package.
