Linkage observation validation — 2026-09-14

Immutable historical validation of extension 0.5.183; current behavior and deliverables are defined by active source and dist/release-manifest.json. No live ERP operation occurred.

Source defect: the former loop checked its six-second deadline before inspecting the resumed timer sample; stable values could be rejected without another observation. A synthetic delayed callback reproduced this boundary. The user's live cause is not proven by that reproduction.
Current checks: 47 targeted cases included in 378 legacy tests; 231 control-plane tests; typecheck/build and clean-source repository 10/10 passed. Original worktree hygiene remains 8/10 due only to preserved IDE/OS files and prior ignored archived logs.
Safety coverage: 6/12-room hotel creation, delayed sampling recovery, persistent changes and delays without saves, missing/replaced/detached controls, native Ajax including late completion, last-deadline sample, old-row preservation, native validation mutations, and vehicle/transport/other parity. No automatic save retry.
Detailed diagnostics contain field names/timing only. Failure messages distinguish scheduling from field/loading observations. Real ERP acceptance remains pending.
summary.json freezes source and release hashes plus validation results. Prior plugin ZIP 0.5.182 and its release manifest are preserved under archive/releases/2026-09-14/.
